Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate should have significant experience in supporting a large estate of Windows devices, Apple devices and Multi-Function Device fleet. The successful candidate should be skilled in using Project Management tools and adept with delivering significant pieces of work in relatively short timeframes. It's a varied role which will require the successful candidate to show a real depth of management ability, both in handling complex projects and in the management of internal teams.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
- Extensive experience in senior IT roles
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 development and deployment
- Proven ability to lead complex IT projects
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and vendor collaboration (e.g., HP, Dell, Academia)
- Proficient in managing large budgets and business case development
- Experience managing Multi-Function Device (MFD) fleets
- Knowledgeable in risk management systems

This senior post is offered on a 37.5 hour a week, full-time, permanent contract working across Monday-Friday. We offer hybrid working with 2-3 days per week on campus and the opportunity to work at home.
