The successful candidate for this role will need to be highly organised, able to work proactively as a team as well as independently with a proven record of building and sustaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders. You should be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent and extensive work-based learning in a relevant environment.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, and experience of working with a wide variety of computer systems and packages
- Experience of providing excellent customer service and being service focused.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, verbally and in writing.
- Experience of complying with laid down policies, procedures and timescales

This is a fixed term maternity cover, until September 2027, full time position working 35 hours across Monday-Friday. The position is hybrid with 2 days per week on campus.
