About The Role

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Casual General Assistant to provide essential support at our reception and in the post room, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for staff, students, and visitors during the busy summer period.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting visitors at reception
Handling incoming and outgoing post efficiently
Maintaining a tidy and professional work environment
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

About You

The successful candidates will have a customer focused mind-set and strive to deliver and exceed students, staff, and visitors’ expectations. You will be extremely reliable and once trained, be able to work with minimum supervision and have an organised approach.

We are looking for candidates who also have the following skills/experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible availability to cover shifts as needed

Full training and induction will be provided before the successful candidates start work.

These positions are offered on a casual hourly paid basis, working 5 out of 7 days (including weekends), aligned with both the needs of the business and your availability.
