The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering study skills support, preferably in a Higher Education environment and experience of teaching adults in groups and individually. With experience of working effectively in complex environments, you will bring a flexible and innovative approach and a willingness to embrace new technologies and relationships as the HE environment evolves.
Alongside these key skills, we are looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong interest in helping students reach their potential.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering innovative teaching, and developing supporting materials including online learning resources
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Adaptability and an inclusive, student-centred approach.

This post is offered on a permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, 35 weeks per year contract, working across Monday-Friday.
